Wisdom Wednesday... New Paradigm

"In 2007, California, Hawaii, New Mexico and Texas had the highest concentrations of minorities, followed by Nevada and Arizona. While some states, such as North Dakota, remain overwhelmingly white, it's clear that, on the coasts and in the Deep South, America is returning to its early roots as a panethnic nation." Revised book Uncommon Common Ground pg. 35

America's new paradigm is creating new social justice movements, led by a small band of people who desire goodness over what seem to be, a New Jim Crow judicial system. Organizations are now aligning structures, to address a number of issues. Today, your average white American cannot enjoy the American Dream. Though a vision for America has been projected to produce domestic energy and recently invest into the auto industry's positive movement, could promise the U.S. a new life; meanwhile unemployment is still a major factor for many Americans.

Who will represent Americans' rights for jobs, immigration, banking and more?

Recently, 25 new community organizers - committed and recommitted their intentions to help America preserve its human dignity. Individuals from various backgrounds, organizations, religious beliefs such as ...Jewish, Buddhist, Catholic, Latino Indigenous, Christian, Muslim, Lutheran, Seven Day Adventist and Secular thought. This small band of people, now residing on one mental plane. Putting aside differences of their elders, and alleviating social apprehensive behavior between cultures. Strategically aligning themselves with many Americans who desire good jobs, fair immigration and responsible banking.

In order to provide these basic but complex essentials of policy and law, a new diversity of leadership is required. People who know (1) what a gallon of milk costs in the store, (2) genders are seeking equal human rights from discrimination, (3) privacy is a right for Muslims too, and (4) domestic workers deserve fair wages and health care. New leadership will required these prerequisites of (a) profound sense for local social justice, honor and truth (b) preservation of life for all (c) consideration for the less fortunate and (d) most of all - piety. Church and State is reuniting with God's Will and Ability for doing good.

Providing Neighborly Needs are essential practices. These new organizers have witnessed the experience of what community look and feels like. Studied the religious text of the Bible, Torah and Quran; not just seeking but internalizing commonalities for social justice to apply within their faith and works. There is something coming into focus and a new paradigm is dawning.

Shemayah and Avtalion received the Torah from them. Shemayah said, "Love work; hate domination; and seek not undue intimacy with the government."

In simple terms, organizers are beginning to "transform rather than transact" (Manuel Pastor); quality over quantity - raising the bar and measuring the mental depth for a re-iterated seismic change. We know our world as is and our world as it should be, but how are we going to cross that bridge of power and with who? We can continue moving forward and stay stagnated in our steps, or we could seek and provide education, relevant education that changes a person's heart, mind and then actions.

"Plant a seed and pray for rain" and cultivate the beds; harvesting a new American agriculture of thought. Identify new leaders who can build organizations that will strengthen public life for sustainability. "Recognize power is local (PICO Principle)" and remember the rewards are tied to the work.
Wisdom Wednesday are thoughts for social conversations and the sharing of honest opinions, ideals, and Wisdom. All of us have a value worth sharing; it may motivate another to stop, continue and/or begin a certain process in our personal or social development.

  1. It's a shame that certain politicians still use the divide and conquer technique to gain supporters. They have many white Americans thinking minorities are at fault for the current economic crisis, that they are the reason the vanishing American Dream. "Seal the boarders!" "End Affirmative Action!"

Because if the truth was uncovered, the truth about capitalism and a country whose wealth belong's to the top 1% and is gained by lying, cheating, ans stealing (eh-umm big banks, wall street...)would be exposed and reformed.

    1. Old America, God Willing, is beginning to be replace by new passionate people of color having greater insight into domestic care and social-economics using pious consideration for people. A new paradigm shift is approaching and the existing establishment knows, so they are holding for dear life, because having power addictive.
