Wisdom Wednesday: Interesting Posts

Today we're going to feature interesting Facebook posts from my friends. Whether funny, sarcastic, wise or political. The first one is from Melodic, a good friend colleague of mine who posts makes you think she's borderline insane with funny sarcasm, but my girl makes a whole lotta sense....
Word of the Day: "Impression": A first impression is a pre-judge opinion of what you have formulated in your mind of another person. First impressions does not determine how strong, how honest, how credible, how fake, or how well-rounded a person is. Time spent on getting to know a person does. Remember wife beaters do not wear tags "Hello my name is..." nor do cheaters, functioning drug abusers, scholars, or geniuses. Never judge a book by its' cover. A blank cover may have the deepest story. ~T.M.
One of my first Fb friends is Dawn The Self Esteem Queen. She's a real positive woman, a public speaker and motivator for many. Her tips and insight are always useful.....
Friendly Advice: Don't participate in long, drawn out conversations w/ ppl online. Not only is it TMI for the onlookers but it can sometimes lead to assumptions that are unnecessary and then you feel the need to explain. Don't do it. #ThankMeLater... Dawn The Self Esteem Queen
The Next is from Akil Tha MC from the famous Hip Hop group Jurassic5. Now a solo act, touring Europe and Asia spreading his stylish brand. Akil always make a good point that's well rounded and relevant...
SOME PEOPLE ARE QUICK TO POINT OUT WHAT THEY ASSUME TO BE UNCERTAINTIES IN OTHER PEOPLES LIVES............ TO FILL A VOID FOR THE LACK OF CERTAINTY IN THEIR OWN LIFE ......SO THEY AIM TO BE CERTAIN ABOUT SOME ONE ELSES.......... Akil T.
Tee Melodic's humor is mainly for adults. In the midst of being sarcastically fun, she drive a point home...
There's nothing better than dancing with your daughter to Beyonce in the morning, beating her up in the car on the way to school, pulling over on the way to tell a little boy "She thinks you're cool" as she sulks down in her seat and scream "MOM YOU'RE SO EMBARRASSING," pulling up in front of her school pushing her out (literally) while singing extra loud with all the windows down...just to ensure she walks into school smiling to have a good day. ~ Parenting 101
The Occupy Movements are awakening the minds of people and provoking their critical thinking. Especially if you're the type of person who do not discuss religion and/or politics. Meet Real Coastal Warrior, someone who posts reality conversations....
You’ve been seeing this across the country … Americans assaulted, clubbed, dragged, pepper-sprayed … Why? For exercising their right to free speech and assembly — protesting the increasing concentration of income, wealth, and political power at the top. And what’s Washington’s response? Nothing. In fact, Congress’s so-called “supercommittee” just disbanded because Republicans refuse to raise a penny of taxes on the rich.
Islamophobia has been witnessed, heard and seen; but its when a politician show bias intellect and really express their true thoughts, through ignorance. My sister posted this comment today...
"Tennessee Republican Rick Womick wants all Muslims to go back where they come from. Why does he want me to go back to San Francisco?!?"...L.E. Safy

We've only crossed paths online. The internet can bring people together, from one end of the globe to the other. I have subscribed to Rahel's Wondering Mind, a place where express sincere thoughts and statement reflecting life personally or social.....
"the truth is when you're in a situation where you give everything and someone lies, it causes you to shut down your ability to trust in others. You should always be truthful when in pursuit of a woman's Heart..."
There were a lot of posts to choose from, but these caught my attention going back at least 24hrs on the timeline. Always remember people are watching, listening and reading your thoughts. Whether you are funny, political, sincere, sarcastic or motivational - it always help to be truthful. With more and more people in isolation and the internet is their prime media of the outside world, being Wise and Fun brightening someone's day could be of use.
