NAIM SHAH accepted the teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad in 1964. From 1964 until 1975, Shah functioned as Squad Leader, Second Lt., First Lt. and West Coast Regional Captain. In 1975, under the leadership of Imam W. D. Mohammed, Shah became regional consultant for the Blight Arrest and Pioneer Patrol program. Shah received a B.A. in Black Studies with a minor in Sociology from Cal State Long Beach.
