Meet Disrupt

No worries, no need to call homeland security. I am only referring to disruptive as being innovative with ideas, new strategies, the reform of outdated systems, and blue ocean planning into new vibrant digital and social components for use. The pressure of social times is challenging the ordinary person and industries to re-invent themselves and create a strong competitive economy once more.

Examples of being Disruptive; Mark Zuckerberg with Facebook changed the way we socialize both on and offline, Micheal Jackson's Man in the Mirror a great composition, and Muhammad Ali through his athletic, political and community achievements. Whether technology, entertainment, sports and community these ordinary people had life changing ideals.

What is your talent?

Acknowledging one's core values (values, skills and interests) or his untapped potential can make an individual or a team, disruptive! For many though, the missing component is one thing, "an effort/ motivation" or the desire to continue after a set back(s). Talent really cultivates in a person after a few attempts of what seem to be failure or while on the adventure itself. In these moments we receive the opportunity to internalize efforts and reflect on personal development for improving. Talent is a craft or skill that reaches maturity through strategic divergent thinking, having the time/ space for execution and a whole lot of gumption; in order to claim mastery over it - Sacrifice.

For the most part people, these blog-ver-sa-tions are written out of experience, time and understanding on this path called "life". the Simplest things spark our motivation and alter behaviour for new exciting actions to take place! Please use Create A Voice's Blog-ver-sa-tions and if you find us interesting share us with your friends, colleagues and co-workers. Basically we are saying what the other blogs say, but hopefully our personality is more relevant for today and closer to the average person's reality.

"I shook up the World!"...Muhammad Ali is Disruptive

The most important part of the video is his quote at the end of this doc...let me know what you think

Note: the scene from The Social Network (hover over the the icon next to Facebook to see it) is used only to depict a person having disruptive ideas, and it makes a difference among those who do not understand what you comprehend and work hard for. Though it could be taken as arrogance but take it as being Disruptive!

  3. @WhoopWoop regarding intelligence; Allah(swt) rasul reported to have said, "If Allah wants to do good to a person, He makes him comprehend the religion."

    As a former athlete I understand one is judged by their performance. Unfortantly the performance of some athletes who present negative values have become inspirational to kids & young adults. The athletes who use intelligence inside & out of their work are being negleted...
    But not me ya muslimiin, my inspiration is Qur'an and example of rasul Allah..
    in conclusion;
    The Prophet said, "Do not wish to be like anyone except in two cases. (The first is) A person, whom Allah has given wealth and he spends it righteously; (the second is) the one whom Allah has given wisdom (the Holy Qur'an) and he acts according to it and teaches it to others."

  4. Exactly Salih, you have relayed a very good points. Being disruptive in the best way and having good mannerisms makes a difference.

    Muhammad Ali changed society with his unique style of challenging America in his time and the Creator rewarded him with many dignified victories. Now today, though having Parkinson his work still speaks.

    It's a must Americans identify our true talents and use it to benefit our families, communities and if any is left over the world, May God accept our deeds. #createavoice
